THE THIRD ANGEL’S MESSAGE

Rev 14:6-12; 18:1-4

 

1.     Began in 1844 as Jesus entered the Most Holy Place. EW 254

 

2.     EMBRACES 1^st and 2^nd angel’s messages. Rev. 14:6-8; 8T 197

 

3.     SELECTS the wheat from the tares and seals them. EW  118; GC 379

 

4.     ENDS at the close of probation. GC 613.

 

5.     “The most fearful threatening ever addressed to mortals is contained in the third angel’s message.” GC 449

 

6.     The three angel’s message “constitute THE FINAL WARNING  to be given to the inhabitants of the earth.:  GC 604

 

7.     “This message, is THE LAST that twill ever be given to the world; and  it will accomplish its work.”  GC 390. After this message is given, Jesus comes. Rev. 14:5-14 (see also 5T 206, 207)

 

8.     “The three angel’s message will shake this world to its very foundations. The  whole world will be lightened with the glory of the three angel’s messages. All the world will know that the Seventh-day Adventist Church is the true church and the seventh day is the true Sabbath. Rev. 18:1-4

 

9.     “The third angel’s message is to lighten the earth with its glory; but ONLY THOSE WHO HAVE WITHSTOOD TEMPTATION in the strength of the Mighty One WILL BE PERMITTED TO ACT A PART IN PROCLAIMING IT when it shall have swelled into the loud cry.” RH Nov. 19, 1908.
